<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system which allows another user to use an MFP without the MFP occupied by a user even when the user receives remote support.SOLUTION: There is provided an image formation system having an information processor, an image formation device and a portable terminal 33 for supporting a user connected through a network. The information processor comprises: a screen emulate part 43 which creates video data for screen sharing; a screen sharing part 44 which shares the created data with another device; and a connection switch part 45 which receives a connection destination switch request from the image formation device to switch a support object to the portable terminal 33. The image formation device comprises: a switch request notification part 50 which requests switching of the device sharing the screen to the screen sharing part 44; and a terminal information acquisition part 51 which acquires terminal information of the switch destination. The portable terminal 33 comprises a shared screen acquisition part 54 which acquires the data created by the screen sharing part 44.</p> |
