<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper printer with a simple configuration which can refine paper feeding of a roll sheet to printing means, which can maintain high printing quality, which can reduce a load to conveyance means, which can be miniaturized and simplified and which can reduce costs by controlling a conveyance speed of the roll sheet by the convenance means according to a sagging state of the roll sheet drawn by the conveyance means from a rotatable roll.SOLUTION: A roll paper printer includes: roll sheet accommodation means for rotatably accommodating a roll 21a around which a roll sheet 21 is wound; conveyance means for conveying the roll sheet 21 drawn out from the roll 21a; printing means for printing on the roll sheet 21; sagging level detection means for detecting a sagging state of the roll sheet 21; and control means for reducing a conveyance speed for conveying the roll sheet 21 according to the sagging state of the roll sheet 21 detected by the sagging level detection means.</p> |
