<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separator that does not cause clogging of a filtering surface of a laminated filter body, eliminates necessity of additional disposal treatment of a discharged material by discharging a filtered and dewatered material having a low water content, does not require much time for releasing filtered water, is low in production cost and maintenance cost, and can stably maintain filtration performance.SOLUTION: A raw liquid supply port 10 and a solid discharge port 11 are provided. In a solid-liquid separator 20T, laminated filter bodies 1, in each of which filter pieces 5 having different diameters, large-diameter filter plates 2L, and small-diameter filter plates 2S are inserted into a rotary shaft 4 and laminated on each other, are arranged oppositely in two upper and lower stages at equal intervals in an ascending gradient manner in the discharge direction of the solid discharge port 11. A filtrate tank 30 in which a flocculant is forcibly injected and mixed at a rear stage of a separation conveyance path 1H and which receives water filtered by gravity filtration at a front stage of the separation conveyance path 1H and a sludge relay tank 40 which receives water filtered by compression filtration in a rear part of the separation conveyance path 1H and into which, if necessary, a flocculant is injected and in which a sludge agitation pump for uniformly agitating the filtered water is installed are provided in a lower part of the separator 20T.</p> |
