PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device, a printing system, and a printing device control method capable of easily adjusting the printing mode of a bar code.SOLUTION: A printer 5 stores in a printer storage part 50 a fixed value for adjusting the printing mode of a bar code and analyzes a command received from a host computer 1. In the case where the analyzed command is a command which designates an additional adjustment value, the printer 5 acquires the designated additional adjustment value. In the case of receiving a command indicating printing of a bar code, the printer 5 prints the bar code by a printing mode which reflects the fixed value stored in advance and the additional adjustment value acquired from the command. |
