PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the absolute value and phase of AC voltage with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A voltage measurement device (1) includes: a detection probe (11); a voltage absolute value measurement circuit (18) for acquiring the voltage for measuring the absolute value of AC voltage from the voltage induced in a detection probe (11); and a phase measurement circuit (19) for acquiring the voltage for measuring the phase of the AC voltage from the voltage induced in the same detection probe (11).
