<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive body with low resistance, which has high transparency, is excellent in folding resistance, peeling resistance, and impurity resistance, and can be produced at low cost.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive body (10) of the embodiment comprises: a transparent substrate (11); a metal nanowire layer (12) formed on the transparent substrate; a graphene oxide layer (13) covering over the metal nanowire layer; and a resin layer with electrical insulation properties (14) formed so as to contact the graphene oxide layer.
