<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device and a memory device control method capable of improving the utilization efficiency of a storage area.SOLUTION: A memory unit storing a data piece and an identification flag indicating whether this data piece is already read or not read yet at each address while making the data piece correspond to the identification flag is subjected to the following write/read controls. In the write control, the data piece in a received data series is written to the address of the memory unit and a value indicating that the data piece is not read yet is also written thereto as the identification flag. In the read control, the data piece written to the memory unit is read for every address and the value of the identification flag corresponding to the address used for reading is rewritten to a value indicating that the data piece is already read. At this time, in the write control, the data piece is written only to the address corresponding to the identification flag of the value indicating that the data piece is already read in a storage area of the memory unit.</p> |
