PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag writing device that can perform writing in an RFID tag more surely without reduction in writing characteristics.SOLUTION: An RFID writing device performing writing in an RFID tag T arranged in a plurality of rows in a sheet P has: a conveyance unit 110 that conveys the sheet P; a plurality of writing units 30 that performs writing in the RFID tag T for each row; and a plurality of backup members 40 that is facedly arranged for each writing unit 30 to support the sheet P. The backup members 40 corresponding to adjacent writing units on the same row have mutually different relative permittivity.
