<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device in which an AC bus bar is easily welded to a power terminal of a semiconductor module and an electronic component which is weak with respect to high temperature can be arranged in the vicinity of the AC bus bar.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a semiconductor module 2, and a plurality of AC bus bars (3a, 3b, 3c). The AC bus bars 3 are connected to the semiconductor module 2 and serving as current paths between semiconductor elements 21 and an AC load 80. Each AC bus bar 3 includes: a first connection part 31 welded to a power terminal 22; a second connection part 32 for being electrically connected to the AC load; and a coupling part 33 for coupling the first connection part 31 and the second connection part 32. In partial AC bus bars 3a, 3b out of the plurality of AC bus bars 3a, 3b, 3c, a thick wall part 34 which is thicker in thickness than the first connection part 31 is formed in the coupling part 33.</p> |
