PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size power supply apparatus for pulse load capable of preventing overshoot without providing any snubber circuit even when plural pulse loads are connected to the output.SOLUTION: The power supply apparatus for pulse load is a power supply apparatus for pulse load that applies a pulse voltage to plural pulse loads in parallel. The power supply apparatus includes: a power supply unit that performs switching DC voltage to output pulses with a predetermined width; and a parallel connection body which has an inductance and a variable resistance connected to the output of the power supply unit. The value of the variable resistance on the parallel connection body is varied depending on the number of the pulse loads which are connected in parallel. |
