PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for an aluminum alloy casting material superior in productivity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 1 for an aluminum alloy casting material uses a casting mold having a straight cylindrical tube part 2 and a bottom part 3 closing one opening 21 of the tube part 2, where the tube part 2 comprises a first annular protrusion 22 provided in a region within 20% or more and less than 60% of the whole height of the tube part 2 from the bottom part 3 and a second annular protrusion 23 provided in a region within 60% or more of the whole height of the tube part 2 from the bottom part 3.
