PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked film capacitor having high reliability and excellent heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A stacked film capacitor 100 comprises: a stacked body obtained by stacking a first capacitance electrode 2 and a second capacitance electrode 3 opposite to each other through a dielectric film 1; a metallikon part 4 electrically connected to the first capacitance electrode 2; and a metallikon part 5 electrically connected to the second capacitance electrode 3. The stacked film capacitor 100 comprises radiators 7A, 7B that are connected to the metallikon part 4 or the metallikon part 5, and have heat dissipation higher than at least one of the first capacitance electrode 2 and the second capacitance electrode 3. The thicknesses of the radiators 7A, 7B are greater than that of at least one of the first capacitance electrode 2 and the second capacitance electrode 3. |
