PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolytic fuel battery which can easily and more surely secure sufficient power generation performance with a simple construction.SOLUTION: A seal member for a fuel battery which is disposed to surround electrodes 3a, 3b disposed on a polymer electrolyte film 2, has: main seal members 8a, 8b provided annularly; and partition members 9a, 9b which are branched from the main seal members 8a, 8b to the inner peripheral side. The heights of the main seal members 8a, 8b are higher than the height of the connection portion of the main seal members 8a, 8b, and the heights of the partition members 9a, 9b are higher than the height of the connection portion. |
