<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of emission and deterioration of drivability caused by fuel cut control of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: In a control device of an internal combustion engine for controlling the internal combustion engine provided with an exhaust gas recirculation device capable of recirculating a part of an exhaust gas flowing in an exhaust passage, to an intake passage to be mixed with intake air, an opening of an intake air throttle valve on the intake passage and an opening of an EGR valve on an EGR passage, are controlled so that a pressure of the intake air flowing to a cylinder is converged to a target intake air pressure during execution of fuel cut which temporarily interrupts fuel supply into the cylinder, and an EGR ratio as a ratio of an EGR gas in the intake air flowing into the cylinder, is increased in accordance with decrease of a temperature of the exhaust passage or a temperature of a catalyst for purifying the exhaust gas.</p> |
