PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine intake port structure suited for ensuring the insulation effect of an air layer.SOLUTION: A gasket 26 serving as a block member blocking off the circulation of air is provided at least either between a sleeve section 21 of a sleeve member 14 and a sleeve insertion hole 11c or between a flange section 22 of the sleeve member 14 and an end surface 11a of a cylinder head 11 coupled to an intake manifold 15.
