PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of leakage of information to be concealed.SOLUTION: An information distribution server apparatus 100 of the transmission side of information to be concealed discriminates between secret information and non-secret information with regard to the information to be concealed; and electronically sends the secret information while sending a physical medium on which the non-secret information is printed. A person entitled to receive the information to be concealed reconstructs the original information on the basis of the secret information and the non-secret information by using an information synthesis client apparatus 200 of the reception side of the information to be concealed.
