<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method of a specific substance that can visualize the inner structure of the specific substance to be analyzed and can evaluate the inner structure, and provide a computer program for analysis.SOLUTION: In the analysis method of a specific substance of the present invention, the specific substance to be analyzed is modeled and analyzed by a molecule kinetic method using a computer. The analysis method includes: a first step ST 11 of specifying a visualization time for visualizing the analysis result; a second step ST 12 of specifying a visualization region to be visualized at the specified visualization time; a third step ST 13 of extracting at least one type of the particles, atoms, and coupling chains included in the visualization region at the specified visualization time; and a fourth step ST 14 of visualizing the extracted at least one type of the particles, atoms, and coupling chains.</p> |
