<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material cooling and conveying device that avoids the contact between pipings and a heat receiving part in an approach and separation operation of recording material holding means.SOLUTION: A recording material cooling and conveying device 9 includes recording material holding means 30 for holding and conveying a recording material, a cooling member 33 that is provided in the recording material holding means 30 to cool the recording material after fixation, pipings 50 and 52 that are connected to the cooling member to flow a cooling liquid to the inside of the cooling member, and separation means 64 capable of moving from the holding state of the recording material holding means 30 to the separation state. The pipings 50 and 52 include connection parts 50a and 52a connected to the cooling member, and flow path changing parts 50c and 52c that extend in a direction different from an arrangement direction of the connection parts, and the flow path changing parts 50c and 52c are separated from the moving range of the recording material holding means 30 defined by the separation means 64.</p> |
