<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of identifying an artery and a vein.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device detects a scan line right above a blood vessel by using a reception signal of a reflection wave of an ultrasonic wave transmitted to the blood vessel (S2), detects candidates of depth positions that appear to be a front wall and a rear wall of the blood vessel on the basis of the reception signal of the scan line (S4), narrows down a blood vessel front-rear wall pair of the front wall and the rear wall from among the candidates (S6), performs identification of an artery/vein for each blood vessel by regarding the narrowed blood vessel front-rear wall pair as one blood vessel (S8), and performs measurement of blood vessel function information using the blood vessel determined to be the artery as an object (S10).</p> |
