PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a configuration that can surely deal with events and address the events by a level of importance even if a service-serving circuit system is short when a prescribed event occurs in a working machine and the like.SOLUTION: A remote server is configured to transmit an operation instruction and/or verification message matter in accordance with event identification information to a transmission source of event information when event identification information received is event identification information on a first kind; when the received event identification information is event identification information on a second kind higher in a level of importance than the event identification information on the first kind, identify at least any one of a management source of a working machine or vessel and a service foothold holding jurisdiction over the working machine or vessel on the basis of machine identification information; and transmit the operation instruction and/or verification message matter in accordance with the event identification information to at least any one of the identified management source or service foothold. |
