PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer divide, fluid transfer control method, fluid transfer control device, fluid transfer system and medical agent production method in which fluid transfer operation can be automated while suppressing increase in size of the device.SOLUTION: A fluid transfer system 1A includes: a multi-joint robot 20 that can transfer a vial 16 and a syringe 17; and a syringe driving unit 30. The syringe driving unit 30 includes: a cylinder holding unit for holding a cylindrical part of the syringe 17; a driving unit for pushing and pulling a plunger of the syringe 17; and a rotational mechanism for enabling rotation of the cylinder holding unit and the driving unit around an axis line that crosses a center axis line of the syringe 17.
