PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table having a structure for stably performing clamp operation regardless of a frequency of clamp operation.SOLUTION: A supply port 26a is provided on a channel 26 so that air for air purge is supplied from some of air used for driving the clamp mechanism, and, at the supply port 26a, a needle valve 9 or the like adjusts an inflow of the air into the machine. A channel 27 is configured so that the air discharged from the clamp mechanism does not pass through the machine where there is air purge. In the clamp operation, the air from the air supply port attached to a case 10 passes through an electromagnetic valve 8 and reaches a pressure chamber 22a for clamping, and discharged air from a pressure chamber 22b for unclamping passes through the electromagnetic valve 8, does not pass through the machine where there is air purge pressure, and is discharged via the channel 27 to the outside of the rotary table 3 (refer to a discharge port 8c for electromagnetic valve). |
