PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional noise removing device incapable of obtaining high noise suppression effect regardless of a kind of periodic noise.SOLUTION: A noise removing device of the present invention includes: a signal separation unit 32 for dividing input frequency information generated from an input signal in a time region into suppression target band information whose main component is a periodic noise and object sound band information whose main component is a voice signal; a first frequency inverse conversion unit 41 for converting the suppression target band information into information in the time region to output a suppression target signal; a second frequency inverse conversion unit 42 for converting the object sound band information into information in the time region to output an object sound signal; a periodic noise information storage unit 44 for storing the suppression target signal to store noise history information including at least one period of a periodic noise; and a noise filter 46 that spuriously reproduces the suppression target signal by taking the noise history information as a reference signal, generates a suppression signal having relation inverse to the suppression target signal, and outputs, as a residual signal, a value of difference between the suppression signal and the suppression target signal. |
