<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate excellent in impact resistance without reducing productivity, a cover glass-integrated touch panel sensor substrate using the glass substrate, and an image display device with a coordinate detection function, which mounts the touch panel sensor substrate.SOLUTION: A transparent glass substrate 1 has a chemically reinforced layer 2 on top and back surfaces, and a DLC film 3 formed at an end cross section of the substrate. The touch panel sensor substrate includes a display region having transparent electrodes in at least an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction, and a decorative frame region for blocking light in an outer periphery of the display region, both formed on one surface of the glass substrate 1.</p> |
