<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend service life of a CO selection methanation catalyst, enhance a CO removal ratio of the CO selection methanation catalyst for making outlet CO density a low value in a wide temperature range, and enhance steam tolerance of the CO selection methanation catalyst.SOLUTION: There is provided the CO selection methanation catalyst comprising: a carrying metal catalyst for performing methanation of CO in hydrogen-rich gas including CO and COselectively; and a coating layer for covering a surface of the carrying metal catalyst. The coating layer has a mesoporous structure and formed of an oxide including a non-Si metal.</p> |
