FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for radiotherapy with magnetic resonance guidance. Therapeutic device contains tissue heating system, system for magnetic resonance visualisation for obtaining data of magnetic resonance thermometry and data of magnetic resonance image from subject's nuclei, located inside visualised volume, system for radiotherapy for irradiation of subject in accordance with control plan, with irradiated volume being located inside visualised volume, and controller, made with possibility of controlling system for magnetic resonance visualisation for re-obtaining and updating data of magnetic resonance thermometry and data of magnetic resonance image in the process of control plan implementation, control of tissue heating system, control of radiotherapy system for irradiation of irradiated volume in accordance with control plan, and re-modification of control plan in the process of control plan implementation with application of updated data of magnetic resonance image in order to compensate subject's movement. System is provided with machine-readable long-term storage information carrier and realises method in accordance with plan of system operation control.EFFECT: application of inventions makes it possible to minimise impact of ionising radiation on healthy tissues due to compensation of subject's movement.15 cl, 5 dwg |
