FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: method of determination of the rational specific consumption of the explosives includes coyote blast, excavator location on the block, determination of the rational value of the specific consumption of the explosives as per equation q= f·?q, kg/m, making of rock mass excavating and unloading in the transport tank. Prior to determination of the rational specific consumption of the explosive as per equation the capacity of the excavator bucket is determined, parameter ?q is clarified as per equations considering: rational specific consumption of the explosives, q; geometric capacity of the excavator bucket, E, m;coefficient of rock strength as per Protodyakonov f; change step qper unit of coefficient of rock strength, ?q, kg/m; relative efficiency of specific consumption of the explosives, E; diameter of piece of blasted rock, d, m, and then excavating and unloading of the rock mass to the transport tank is performed under normal mode.EFFECT: invention improves quality of the drilling-and-blasting preparation, reduces expenses for drilling preparation of rocks for excavation and excavating-loading operations. |
