FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: purpose of the suggested turbo-expander generator unit (TEU), that is electric generator with turbo-expander drive, is power generation based on the conversion of latent energy of the natural gas in pipeline. At that the turbo-expander generator unit is used at gas consumption facilities, for example, at gas control stations and gas distribution stations, where pipeline pressure at input is 0.3-1.2 MPa. The obtained power generated using the turbo-expander generator unit can be used for own needs of the consumer. User of such gas control stations can be, for example, boiler stations. So, the turbo-expander generator unit can be used as independent low power energy source. The energy take-off system of the natural gas flow from the gas pipeline for the turbo-expander generator unit is used for gas supply for energy recovery of the compressed natural gas flow, as well as for recovery of the heat generated by the generator. This system purpose is its use at the gas consumption facilities, for example, at gas control stations and gas distribution stations. Besides, such system with the turbo-expander generator unit can be installed by tie-in to the existing main lines and their shutdown valves, inside the already built and operated gas control stations (gas distribution stations), as well as the turbo-expander generator unit can be installed at stage of designing and construction of the gas control stations (gas distribution stations).EFFECT: increased efficiency.20 cl, 9 dwg |
