FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for treating diseases and states, at which increase of interleukin-12 and/or interleukin-1a level in organism produces therapeutic effect. Claimed is application of oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate as interleukin-12 and/or interleukin-1a inducer and respective method of treating diseases and states, consisting in increase of interleukin-12 and/or interleukin-1a level. Presence of mutations in gene, coding interleukin-12 and/or interleukin-1a can be predetermined. Oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate can be applied systemically or locally.EFFECT: increase of quantity of said inducers, reduction of side effects, enhancement of assistance to treatment of diseases and states, increase of specificity of impact on disease or state cause, reduction of probability of obtaining unexpected negative effects of treatment.5 cl, 2 dwg |
