FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: horizontal flare device for combustion of liquid hydrocarbons comprises pipelines of oil and compressed air supply, a rotary device, which is made in the form of a tubular rotary hinged joint and is installed as capable of positioning the flare device head as the wind direction changes, flare stacks of oil and compressed gas supply arranged horizontally and installed in parallel to each other, being equipped with a head, a flash pipe fixed to flare stacks, a frame base, on which all elements of the device are mounted. Each of oil and compressed gas supply stacks is connected to a rotary device, which is installed as capable of head positioning along the arc of 270°. The ratio of diameter of flare stacks to their length makes at least 1:25, besides, the device comprises a protective screen installed on flare stacks of the device.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to achieve complete combustion of crude oil.3 dwg |
