The present invention relates to a tap water metering device and a tap water metering system equipped with the same which is configured to meter usage of water by being connected to a tap water meter, and more specifically, to a non-volatile tap water metering device and a tap water metering system equipped with the same which is configured in a method such that: the system comprises a central processing part, a storage part and a terminal connecting part; the central processing part will not incur problems such as electric discharge since additional power supply is not required because power is supplied from the terminal only when the terminal is connected to the terminal connecting part for measuring the tap water meter which minimizes power consumption; the storage part can check data on measurement history and prevent illegal measurements by a measurer if necessary by accumulatively storing daily measurement data to check measurement date and measurement data on that date and makes utilization of data available such as analysis of tap water usage pattern, failure frequency of tap water meters, etc. by including accumulative usage data of water, instantaneous flow data, tap water leakage data, unused data, backflow data and generating big data of tap water usage, instantaneous flow data, water leakage data, unused data, and backflow data for a certain period. |
