Disclosed is a method of producing a heterologous protein of interest in a cell in vitro, comprising introducing into a target cell capable of protein translation a composition comprising a first isolated nucleic acid comprising a translatable region encoding a heavy chain of the heterologous protein of interest and a second isolated nucleic acid comprising a translatable region encoding a light chain of the heterologous protein of interest, under conditions such that the protein of interest is produced in the cell, wherein the protein of interest is an immunoglobulin protein, wherein the first isolated nucleic acid comprises a nucleotide sequence having at least 95% identity to SEQ ID NO: 9, wherein the second isolated nucleic acid comprises a nucleotide sequence having at least 95% identity to SEQ ID NO: 11, wherein the first isolated nucleic acid and the second isolated nucleic acid are not linked and each of the first isolated nucleic acid and the second isolated nucleic acid comprise at least one nucleoside modification, wherein the sequences are as disclosed in the complete specification. |
