HIGH STRENGTH FIBER COMPOSITE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND HELMET USING THE SAME

Disclosed are a high strength fiber composite material, which has the significantly reduced weight while satisfying bulletproof performance at a level required by the industry, a method for manufacturing the same, and a helmet manufactured by using the same. The high strength fiber composite material of the present invention includes a high strength fiber body and a resin film formed on one side of the high strength fiber body. The content of the resin film is 10-18 wt% with respect to the content of the high strength fiber body. The resin film includes 20-70 wt% of a phenol resin and 20-70 wt% of a polyvinylbutyral (PVB) resin having the molecular weight of 30,000~120,000.
