Disclosed are dust-proof shoes for a clean room. The dust-proof shoe includes: an upper layer unit which forms an inner space for accommodating a foot of a human body; and a bottom unit which is joined with a lower portion of the upper layer unit and includes an insole providing a support side for the foot of the human body, and an outsole which comes in contact with the ground. The support side of the insole has a structure which gets rounded to be concave from both edges in the horizontal direction toward the center.
