Disclosed are an OLED encapsulation structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the OLED encapsulation structure of the present invention includes the following steps: forming one or more upper sacrificial layers on an upper substrate; forming one or more lower sacrificial layers on a lower substrate wherein an OLED device is disposed in a region; applying a polymer mixture including a polymer organic matter and metal particles between the upper sacrificial layer and the lower sacrificial layer; and forming an LMPA barrier layer where the metal particles are organized, by applying heat and pressure, between the upper sacrificial layer and the lower sacrificial layer.
