<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an LED array for a vehicle lamp with a band shape. The present invention includes a first flexible conductive layer which includes a plurality of LEDs formed on the upper side thereof, a resin layer which is formed on the lower side of the first flexible conductive layer, and a second flexible conductive layer which is formed on the lower side of the resin layer. The first flexible conductive layer and the second flexible conductive layer are asymmetric with different thicknesses. Thereby, a soft substrate made of Cu is formed. A metal plate is excluded. A Cu layer is thickly formed on one side corresponding to the LED. A protrusion has a heat radiation function by forming a recess by partially etching the Cu layer. A bending operation is easily performed because the part with the recess or the part with the protrusion is made of Cu with flexibility. Thereby, a processing property is improved by changing a shape to be suitable for the shape of a mounting part.</p> |
