Present invention relates to iminothiadiazinedioxide compounds of formula (I), stereoisomers thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of said compounds, and stereoisomers thereof and their content in pharmaceutical composition. The invention also relates to application thereat the treatment of &bgr;-amyloidosis pathologies, and Alzheimer's disease among them.
