Disclosed is a double stranded nucleic acid molecule comprising a sense strand and an antisense strand wherein the strands are selected from the oligonucleotides described as TLR2_25 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20607 and 20614, TLR2_28 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20608 and 20615, TLR2_42 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20609 and 20616, TLR2_43 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20610 and 20617, TLR2_47 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20611 and 20618, TLR2_31 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20612 and 20619, and TLR2_34 as set forth in SEQ ID NOS:20613 and 20620; wherein the sequences are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is its use in therapy. |
