The present invention relates to a device for measuring displacement of a mobile bracket. A laser generating device(20) irradiates a laser beam(22). A measurer(30) is horizontally installed on a straight line which connects the center of the laser generating device with a laser generating unit(21) of the laser generating unit(20). The measurer measures an interval from a curve pulling metal fitting(9). A laser beam is irradiated to the center of a utility pole supporting a trail line and the measurer measures the interval between the mobile bracket and a fixture which connects the trail line with the curve pulling metal fitting, thereby accurately measuring displacement of the mobile bracket.
