The method detects a movement of the portable electronic device using a first sensor of the portable electronic device. The method determines velocity, a position coordinate and a time coordinate of the portable device using a second sensor using a sensor of the portable electronic device when the movement exceeds a threshold level. The threshold level is indicative of a predefined speed rate and a predefined time period associated with the movement of the portable electronic device.
