Phenyl-isoxazol derivatives and preparation process thereof

Disclosed are a range of piperidine and piperazine phenyl-isoxazol derivatives of formula I for example (4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)piperazine-1-yl)(3-(3-fluorophenyl)-5-methylisoxazol-4-yl)methanone and ethyl-1-(5-amino-3-(2-chlorophenyl)isoxazol-4-carbonyl)piperidine-4-carboxylate, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which are intended for the treatment of viral infection, especially, infection of an influenza virus. Also disclosed are preparation methods for the compounds.
