<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous membrane treatment device which can prevent deformation such as diameter thinning and flattening of a hollow fiber membrane when being heated after immersed into a chemical. <P>SOLUTION: The porous membrane treatment device is used for a chemical treatment step of a porous membrane, and includes: a chemical immersion part 10 for immersing the porous membrane (hollow fiber membrane A) or a porous membrane precursor into the chemical B; and a heating part 20 for heating the porous membrane or porous membrane precursor after being immersed into the chemical B. The heating part 20 includes: a heating vessel 21; a heating means 22 for heating the inside of the heating vessel 21; and a guide means 23 for allowing the porous membrane or porous membrane precursor to run in the inside of the heating vessel 21.
