<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treating apparatus and a wastewater treating method which can be used as an emergency restoring countermeasure to water treating facilities falling in functional failure damaged by calamities such as earthquakes, tsunamis, concentrated heavy rains. <P>SOLUTION: The wastewater treating apparatus is constituted of a biological reaction tank 1 for treating wastewater flowing in, a plurality of filter material modules 2 arranged in the biological reaction tank 1, a gas dispersing device 3 arranged below each of the filter material modules 2, a solid/liquid separating tank 4 separating treating water from the biological reaction tank 1 into treated water and separated sludge, a plurality of string-like filter materials 6 having main strings 6a and branch strings 6b are arranged in each of the filter material modules 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
