<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent which can easily control its application quantity, and to provide a method for preventing exfoliation of an exterior wall using the coating agent, which can utilize aesthetic appearance when design is imparted to the exterior wall before repairing. <P>SOLUTION: The coating agent for a building is a colored and opaque urethane-based coating agent that contains: a polyol compound (A); a polyisocyanate compound (B); zeolite fine powders (C) with an average particle diameter of 30μm or smaller, which are mixed into the compound (A) and the compound (B); further a micronized silica (D); and alkoxy silane (E), and becomes a transparent and colorless coating film when the coating film is exposed to ambient air. It is preferable that the polyol compound (A) and the polyisocyanate compound (B) are obtained from an aliphatic polyisocyanate compound and a polyol compound having a polycarbonate skeleton. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
