An image processing system (14) comprises a display device (22) adapted for displaying three dimensional image data and an input device (24) for receiving user input defining a center point (30) inside a region of interest (32) and a radius (34). The image processing system (14) is adapted for calculating a contour (36) of the region of interest (32) with a segmentation algorithm using the center point (30) and the radius (34) as input parameters, for repeatedly calculating the contour (36) of the region of interest (32) and for displaying the contour (36) of the region of interest (32) together with the three dimensional image data, while a user changes the radius (34) with the input device (24). |
