The present invention relates to a system for providing advertisement exposure information, which: calculates the actual viewing time of a consumer for a corresponding advertisement image by comparing the total distance obtained by calculating and adding up distances dragged by a touch means along the edge of an advertisement image display region while the advertisement image is displayed on a touch screen of a mobile smart communication device, with distance-time conversion table data predetermined with respect to the total running time of the corresponding advertisement image; calculates cashback points to be provided to the consumer who has viewed the corresponding advertisement image, by comparing the actual viewing time of the consumer with predetermined time-point conversion table data; stores, as the advertisement exposure information, the total advertisement viewing time obtained by adding up the actual viewing time of the multiple different consumers for one advertisement image; and then provides the advertisement viewing time when an advertiser requests an inquiry on the advertisement exposure information. The present invention requires the consumer, who desires to earn the cashback points, to focus on the advertisement image by dragging the advertisement image display region along the edge thereof with the touch means while the advertisement image is displayed on the touch screen, calculates the actual viewing time of the consumer for the corresponding advertisement image on the basis of the distance dragged by the consumer and provides the actual viewing time to the advertiser as the advertisement exposure information, thereby providing credibility of an advertisement effect to the advertiser and utilizing the actual viewing time of the consumer as an objective criterion for calculating advertisement costs. |
