Provided is a device for continuously preparing lithium iron phosphate, comprising a raw material jar (10), a reaction kettle (20), a first aging kettle (30), a second aging kettle (40), a gas input device (60), heating devices (50), mixers (52), and a product storage jar (90), the reaction kettle (20) being connected with the raw material jar (10). The first aging kettle (30) is connected to the reaction kettle (20). The second aging kettle (40) is connected to the first aging kettle (30). The gas input device (60) is separately connected to the reaction kettle (20), the first aging kettle (30), the second aging kettle (40), and the product storage kettle (90). The heating devices (50) are separately arranged outside of the reaction kettle (20), the first aging kettle (30), and the second aging kettle (40). Mixers (52) are separately arranged inside of the reaction kettle (20), the first aging kettle (30), and the second aging kettle (40).
