The present invention relates to a target marker comprising barium sulfate (BaSO_4), a solvent, and polyethylene glycol-poly (amino urethane urea) multi-block copolymers as an active component. The target marker of the present invention has effects of remarkably upgrading shortcomings in an image distortion and a dose distortion which previously used internal gold markers have had. In addition, the target marker of the present invention has a restricted mobility in body, thereby staying at the same spot where first being injected when injecting in body. Also, the target marker of the present invention retains a form of sol or liquid at room temperature before being injected into the body, but changes in the form into a gel or solid state after being injected into the body, thereby having excellent injectability with a syringe and enabling adjustment of a conformation adequate for each area where treatment is to be carried out.
