<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable configuration which allows a sensor electrode to be securely connected with wiring in a cover integrated touch panel configuration.SOLUTION: A touch panel 1 includes: a light transmissive substrate 10; a light shielding film 11 formed on a part of the substrate 10; a flattening film 12 formed covering the substrate 10 and the light shielding film 11; a barrier film 13 formed covering the flattening film 12; sensor electrodes 14 and 15 formed on the barrier film 13; a terminal 16 formed on a part overlapping the light shielding film 11 in a planer view; and wiring 171 electrically connecting the sensor electrodes 14 and 15 with the terminal 16. The barrier film 13 is formed on a side of the flattening film 12, and includes a first inorganic film 131 made of an inorganic material; and a second inorganic film 132 formed on the first inorganic film 131 and made of an inorganic material which has a lower refractive index than that of the first inorganic film.</p> |
