<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molding having low glossiness or light diffusiveness, a mold for injection-molding the molding, and an injection molding method. <P>SOLUTION: In the injection molding mold 10, a first embossment processing part 32 having rough unevenness is set on a cavity surface 30 on the side of a movable mold 14, a second embossment processing part 34 having unevenness finer than the unevenness of the first embossment processing part 32 is set on the whole surface on the first embossment processing part 32, and a temperature adjustment device 26 for adjusting a temperature in a cavity 16 is installed. While the cavity 16 is heated, a melted thermoplastic resin is packed, the cavity 16 is cooled after the packing is completed, and the thermoplastic resin molding 40 is taken out after the cooling is completed. The embossed surface 42 of the thermoplastic resin molding 40 is constituted of rough unevenness 44 on the side of a substrate and fine unevenness 46 in an acute angle shape on the side of the upper layer, and the low glossiness or the light diffusiveness is obtained by setting the three dimensional surface roughness parameter of the embossed surface 42 in a prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
